If you have a claim and we are unable to rectify the problem in a timely manner, you may return any unopened and unpersonalized merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund of the order less shipping charges. To be eligible for a refund, any claims must be submitted via email within (3) business days after delivery of the item to our Customer Service Department at Support@ALaTrend.com. To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
- We do not accept returns on personalized merchandise as they have been prepared especially for you. However, if you have any problems with your personalized order, please contact us immediately at Support@ALaTrend.com. We will immediately rectify the problem and ship you the corrected item.
Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or refund of your order less shipping charges. By placing an order with us, you expressly agree to this limitation.

- In order to process an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and shipping address. This information allows us to process and ship your order, while keeping you up to date of your order status via email.

- Items are usually shipped within 5 business days after your order is placed and your payment is received through our website (PayPal or credit card). If you pay with a personal check, items are shipped within 5 business days after your personal check clears your bank (usually within 10 days of our receipt of your check).
- We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 48 hours of shipment. Along with the tracking number, we provide a link to the carriers Web page to assist in your tracking. For addresses outside the United States, please allow 10 business days for your item(s) to arrive.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, you can also make payments using your PayPal account. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- We also accept US personal and cashier's checks sent to our address. Your check must clear your bank (usually 10 business days after we receive your check) before we ship your order to you.
- We charge 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped to California only. Sales tax is automatically computed at time of checkout after you enter your delivery address.
