Return Policy

• Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  ALaTrend.com proudly stands behind the quality brand name products that we sell. If you have a claim and we are unable to rectify the problem in a timely manner, you may return any unopened and unpersonalized merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund of the order less shipping charges. To be eligible for a refund, any claims must be submitted via email within (3) business days after delivery of the item to our Customer Service Department at Contact@alatrend.com.  To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer’s box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.

• We do not accept returns on personalized merchandise as they have been prepared especially for you.  However, if you have any problems with your personalized order, please contact us immediately at Contact@alatrend.com.   We will immediately rectify the problem and ship you the corrected item.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or refund of your order less shipping charges.  By placing an order with us, you expressly agree to this limitation.
